Robert Leon
Senior Vice President
Robert Leon began his career in franchise lending as an analyst at First Interstate Bank in Los Angeles in 1995. He went on to build a solid track record in sales and management, starting with Banco Popular in 1996 and Irwin Capital in 2003. The 2008 financial crisis fundamentally reshaped the lending landscape, making institutions more cautious and placing a premium on deep client relationships and creative deal structuring. Leon thrived in this new environment, eventually getting promoted to senior sales positions at TCF, CIT, PNC, Midcap Financial, and Bank of Hope. He consistently delivered tailored financing solutions that balanced both risk, and successfully addressed client needs. Leon joined Pinnacle Capital in early 2023, wherein he helped originate and close loans nationwide. Following the passing of founder Bill Wildman in mid-2025, the firm was restructured and officially relaunched as the new Pinnacle Capital on October 1, 2025. Pinnacle remains committed to carrying forward the Wildman legacy—delivering exceptional customer service, creative solutions, and rapid execution.
